Project Readiness Bootcamp · 4 Weeks · Grades 6–12

In 4 weeks, find the right project direction — and build a personal roadmap.

The Project Readiness Bootcamp helps students explore project directions, identify skill gaps, review sample projects, and leave with a written Project Readiness Report.

  • Project Readiness Report
  • Recommended pathway
  • Parent meeting

Standard pricing from $780 for small-group cohorts. $500 credit toward long-term mentorship if your child continues within 14 days.

What the Bootcamp Is

A short planning program — not another long course.

In 4 weeks, the Bootcamp answers the four questions parents care about most before committing to a long-term path.

Bootcamp vs Mentorship

Bootcamp vs Mentorship

Two different programs for two different purposes. Most families do one, not both.

Bootcamp

  • 4 weeks — short planning program
  • Find the right project direction
  • Assess readiness and skill gaps
  • Create a written Project Readiness Report
  • Decide the next step (Foundation, Track, or Mentorship)

Mentorship

  • 6–8 months — full project build
  • Execute the roadmap, ship a real project
  • Weekly mentor + monthly senior review
  • Create the final portfolio package
  • Prepare presentation and competition materials

Bootcamp finds the right project. Mentorship builds it. Students with strong existing background can skip the Bootcamp and enter mentorship directly after a free Project Path Consultation.

Who It's For

Is the Bootcamp right for your child?

Not sure? Book the free Project Path Consultation first — if Bootcamp is the right fit, we'll recommend it. If not, we'll point your child to a more direct path.

What Students Complete

The Project Readiness Report

A written, mentor-reviewed document delivered at the end of Week 4 — the foundation for every decision that follows.

The 4-Week Schedule

Week by week

Small-group workshops (60 min), 1-on-1 mentor check-ins (30 min), and guided independent work (30 min). Total: 2 hours per week.

Week 1

Background and Interest Discovery

Students identify current skills, interests, project goals, possible directions, and realistic time commitment.

Deliverables Student profile · interest map · initial project direction list
Week 2

Strong Project Case Studies

Students analyze real project examples to learn what makes a project strong — problem, user, dataset or hardware, methods, results, and presentation.

Deliverables Project case analysis · 1–2 possible project directions for your child
Week 3

Project Idea and Feasibility

Students learn to turn an interest into a workable project idea by analyzing problem, user, dataset or hardware, technical method, evaluation, and feasibility.

Deliverables Project proposal draft · skill gap analysis · feasibility review
Week 4

Project Roadmap and Parent Report

Students complete a personalized roadmap. Mentor writes the final Project Readiness Report. Parent meeting walks through the recommendation.

Deliverables Final project direction · recommended learning path · Project Readiness Report · parent meeting

What Happens After Bootcamp

Five possible next steps

The Bootcamp recommends one of five paths. The exact choice depends on your child's project direction, readiness, and timeline.

Foundation Program

Build core Python, data, and project skills before entering a Track. Best for students new to coding or AI.

AI Software & Data Science Program

Build AI, ML, data science, or LLM apps with existing Python basics.

AI-Powered Robotics & Physical AI Program

Sensors, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, computer vision, and edge AI for hands-on builders.

8-Month Project Mentorship

For students ready to plan, build, document, and present a real portfolio-grade project end-to-end.

Short Portfolio Sprint

For students who already have a partly-built project — a focused 4–8 week sprint to finish, document, and prepare for submission.
